Jack Bowers2023-10-03We ordered 3 sided glass shower panels. When installing, the technician found an error from the factory that required sending the panels from the door side back to the factory. At this same time, I noticed our two panel design, on the door side, left the connecting side panel unsecured where it met the door. To correct this, the 2 door panel pieces, already going back, would have the factory error corrected, which would be changed from two pieces to 3 pieces and making the corner more secure. Less than a week later, we had the new pieces installed, and the shower looks great. We plan to have glass added in another area of the house as remodeling continues, and unless someone can offer a substantially lower price, DFW Bath and Glass will do that work as well. NOTE: Heath and the installation tech both conducted themselves professionally during the entire process. Nick Comey2023-06-28I remodeled the master bathroom stand-alone shower, but needed specialized glass to fit it. I tried the online stores but they were expensive and relied on the accurate measurements by me (the customer). I called DFW Bath and Glass within 24 hours I had someone at my house taking the correct measurements and gave me different options I didnt even know about and a detailed quote (ALL FREE OF CHARGE). Honestly, DFW Bath and Glass were anywhere from $400 - $600 cheaper than every other company I got quotes from. 5 days after agreeing to the quote, my Glass was installed beautifully!! There wasn't any extra charges or fees, they did honest work and kept their word every step of the way. The owner called me and worked a deal after the fact with me as he knew I wanted something different but it was out of my price range. I ended up paying more than I originally wanted as he was able to give me a fair price on what I actually wanted. I was impressed with his customer service and duty to earn my business. The co-owner was the one that did the initial consult and install. He was professional and quick in the install. I placed my order on a Thursday and they had the product installed within a week!
